No Refund After
  • Diet plan materials have been fully delivered and accessed

  • Failure to follow the provided diet plan or instructions

Frequently Asked Questions

Individual results vary based on many factors including adherence to the program, metabolism, lifestyle, and starting health condition. Results are not guaranteed, so dissatisfaction with outcomes is not grounds for refund after the initial 7-day period.

We offer free program modifications for food allergies or dietary restrictions. If modifications aren't possible, a full refund is available within 14 days with medical documentation of the allergy.

Partial refunds are considered case-by-case within 14 days, typically for medical reasons that prevent continuing the program. Usage of a few days doesn't automatically disqualify you, but requires valid documentation.

You'll receive email updates at each stage: request received, under review, approved/denied, processed, and completed. You can also email us anytime for status updates using your order ID.

If you don't see the refund after 7 business days, contact your bank first. If they confirm no credit was received, email us with your bank's reference number and we'll provide Razorpay's transaction proof for your bank to trace.
